These terms govern your use of epoxycost.com (the "Site"), operated by INTELGETS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("EpoxyCost", "we", "us").

1. What we do

EpoxyCost is an online referral service. We provide general information and cost estimates about epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coatings and pass homeowner requests to independent coating contractors. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any construction or coating work; we do not negotiate or sign contracts on behalf of anyone; and we do not collect payment from homeowners for any work.

2. Independent contractors

Contractors who receive requests are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. They alone set their prices, terms, warranties and schedules, and they are solely responsible for their work, permits, insurance and compliance with law. Where a state requires a contractor license or registration for this work, we check that it appears as current in official public records at the time the contractor joins; elsewhere we review the contractor's business registration and proof of insurance. These checks are not an endorsement or guarantee. You are responsible for evaluating any contractor before hiring them.

3. Estimates and information

Cost estimates, climate figures and other content on the Site are for general planning only. They are not quotes or professional advice. The installer gives the final price after seeing your garage floor.

4. Your request and consent

When you submit a request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to request work at the address. You consent, as described on the request form, to our sharing your request with one independent contractor who may contact you about it. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@epoxycost.com or replying STOP to text messages from the contractor.

5. Terms for contractors

Contractors must hold and maintain every license, registration and insurance required in each state and city where they accept requests, and must notify us if any lapses. Requests are exclusive to the receiving contractor and may only be used to contact that homeowner about that request; they may not be resold or added to marketing lists. Fees, the free first request, and refund or replacement for invalid contact details are as stated at the time of purchase. Contractors must comply with all laws applicable to contacting homeowners, including telemarketing laws.

When contacting a homeowner about a request, a contractor must:

  • call or text by hand only, and never use an autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice, AI voice agent, or automated text system;
  • contact the homeowner only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the homeowner's local time;
  • stop contacting the homeowner as soon as they ask, by any reasonable means (for example by replying STOP or saying so on a call), and in any case within 10 business days;
  • identify their business by name at the start of each call or text.

We may stop sending requests to a contractor who breaks these rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not submit false requests, scrape the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY OR TIMELINESS OF ANY WORK PERFORMED BY ANY CONTRACTOR.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPOXYCOST IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY CONTRACTOR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
