How EpoxyCost works
We are a referral service. We help you estimate the cost of an epoxy or polyaspartic garage floor and pass your request to one independent local installer.
For homeowners
- You estimate your cost and send a request with your ZIP code.
- We send it to one installer who serves your area. We do not auction your request to a list of companies.
- The installer contacts you, looks at your slab and gives you their own written quote. You sign any contract with the installer, and you pay the installer directly.
How we check contractors
Where a state requires a contractor license or registration for this work (Arizona, Nevada, Washington), we check that it is active in the state's official records before the installer can receive requests. Where no state license exists for floor coating (Texas, Florida, North Carolina), we confirm the business is registered with the state and review its proof of general liability insurance. A check is not a guarantee of quality, so always get a written quote and warranty. Which records we use.
How we are paid
The service is free for homeowners. Contractors pay EpoxyCost a fee for the requests they receive. We do not take a share of your contract, and we never collect payments from homeowners.
What we don't do
We do not install floor coatings, perform construction work, negotiate contracts, or guarantee an installer's work, price or schedule.
