This policy explains how INTELGETS LLC ("EpoxyCost", "we") handles information on epoxycost.com.

Information we collect

  • Request details you give us: first name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the type of coating you want, whether you own the home, any notes, and the cost calculator choices you made on the page (garage size, coating type, floor condition, moisture).
  • Consent record: the consent text version you agreed to, the date and time, and your IP address and browser user agent, kept as proof of consent.
  • Contractor details: business name, license or business registration number, contact details and service area, plus public license records from state agencies.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use and share it

  • We sell your request to one contractor. We send your first name, phone number, email, ZIP code, job details, notes and calculator choices to one independent garage floor coating contractor who serves your area, so they can contact you about it. The contractor pays us a fee for it. Under some state privacy laws, including Texas law, this is a sale of personal data.
  • We use service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing for contractors) who process data only on our behalf.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
  • Apart from that one contractor, we do not sell or share your information, including with data brokers or for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sharing it, by emailing support@epoxycost.com. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. Information already sent to a contractor is also held by that contractor; contact them directly for their copy, and we will ask them to delete it on your behalf.

To opt out of the sale, email support@epoxycost.com with the subject "Do not sell my information" before or after you send a request. We will not send your request to any contractor after we receive your opt-out, and we reply within 10 business days.

Retention

We delete your name, phone, email and notes 24 months after your request. We keep the consent record (consent text, date, IP address) for 5 years as proof of consent, then delete it.

Security

Data is stored with a major cloud provider using encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

The Site is for adults arranging work on their homes and is not directed to children under 13.
